Upon completion this facility will contain approximately 1,000,000 sf of warehouse and support space. Phase I opened in December 2010 containing over 400,000sf of warehouse and office space, a separate reclaim support building and a re-fuel station for trucks. Phase II opened in January 2012, containing 500,000 sf of warehouse and office space. Built on expansive clays the floor is constructed as a concrete structural slab supported by piles over a void space within a structural steel superstructure.
